Hey you guys!!! 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼 Thank you for stopping by to check out my site!! I thought I would introduce myself to those of you that may not know me!! My name is Ashley Rousseau, and I’m the founder of @fiercefuel_nutrition. I am a certified Critical Care Registered Nurse, specializing in Cardiac Nursing, where I’ve worked for 14 years. I have also been coaching Crossfit for about 6 years at @_crash_fitness!! I suppose with those two areas of practice, it’s safe to say that I have always had a passion for helping people to heal, push themselves, work hard, reverse limiting disease processes, and live to their fullest strongest potential. After working in depth with my own personal nutrition and the nutrition of many patients and athletes over the years, I knew that God was encouraging me that there was more for me to do; more ways to reach others!!! After many hours studying, I also became certified as a nutrition coach!! I sought this career out because I truly feel that our community is so misled by what society thinks is healthy, or acceptable!! I want to change the dynamic. I want the opportunity to help clients live their lives feeling their best, doing their best, and thinking their best, with strength and confidence. As a professional coach and trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness and nutrition goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. What are you waiting for? There are many different ways to focus on your wellness and nutrition goals. Whether you work out frequently and want to build muscle, want to improve your endurance and strength without losing weight, or lose 10-15 pounds—take a look below at the different ways I can help achieve your goals.
If you are training and want to get stronger, there is a systematic way to effectively gain muscle mass that will allow for you to build strength and increase your muscle mass. This is done in 12 week cycles with the focus on gaining muscle.
If cutting weight is what you are looking to do, we can work together to design a 12 week program to cut weight. We will work to cut in a safe effective manner in order to maintain your strength and metabolism. The cut will be followed by a 12 week maintenance phase, and then a mass phase or another cut depending on your desired goals!
The unique program we will develop will help burn calories, lean out, while maintaining your current weight and muscle mass. A combination of strategic macronutrients and a healthy balanced diet will have you in tip-top shape and ready for the next training session.
